After we receive the details of your property, we will thoroughly search our vast network of potential renters to find the perfect tenants for your property. If we don’t find a suitable match within our network, we will then move forward with marketing your property.
First, we’ll start by capturing photos and videos of your property to ensure a top-notch viewing experience for potential tenants. In addition to listing your property on our platform, we’ll also promote it on popular listing platforms like Google and Facebook.
Our agent will handle all the viewing arrangements and negotiations on your behalf. You will receive all the offers promptly once they are presented to you.
Your agent will prepare the tenancy agreement, inventory checklist, and other necessary documents to protect your interests as a landlord

Our Relationship Managers will assist in reminding the tenant if the rent has not been paid on the due date.
As required under the Tenancy Agreement, the upkeep of the property is the responsibility of the tenant during the tenancy period.
Agent fees are payable upon renewal if it is the same tenant that the we have secured.
The minimum legal rental period for HDB flats is six months and three months for private properties.
HDB policy prohibits the sale of flats with existing tenancy agreements because the new owner is obligated to fulfill a Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) of five years. During this period, the new owner is not allowed to rent out the entire unit. However, this policy does not apply to condos and other private residential properties, where it is common for such properties to be sold with existing tenancy agreements.
